Cabanac

This agrivoltaic project is located approximately 1.4 km north-west of the centre of the village of Cabanac-et-Villagrains.

As part of the impact study, we proposed to set aside a fenced area covering 16% of the 76 hectares of the initial study area. By making this high-quality grazing area available to a local sheep farmer, the project will enable more than 800 hardy ewes to benefit from the shade of the photovoltaic panels. This will encourage more sustainable lamb production and improve animal welfare.
