Project description
Renner Energies built in 2025 two wind turbines on the industrial site of Tongeren-Oost.
The two wind turbines will produce +/-17,000 MWh per year. This leads to a reduction of 6,800 tons of CO² per year and corresponds to the consumption of 5,000 households.
Part of the electricity produced will be consumed by the industries on site while the remaining production will be injected into the grid.
