Project description
The Coullons agrivoltaic project aims to integrate renewable energy with agriculture. Situated in the agricultural region of Sologne, this project features a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 6.2 MWp, designed to blend into the landscape. A meadow will be created for sheep farming, allowing a local farmer to expand his business while enhancing animal welfare through the shade and weather protection offered by the solar panels.
Initiated at the end of 2022, the project is being developed collaboratively with stakeholders, particularly the future farmer, to ensure its long-term success.
